All sales are final.
Digital files can't be unbought. But we're not trying to take your money for nothing. Here's exactly when we'll refund you.
EU/UK customers: withdrawal right
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. By requesting immediate delivery of your license files at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once download begins. If you haven't initiated a download, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
When we refund
Delivery failure. You paid, but your license PDF and files didn't arrive. If you flag it and we can't get them to you within 48 hours, we'll refund you in full. No argument.
Duplicate purchase. You accidentally bought the same beat at the same license tier twice within 24 hours, and never initiated the second download. We'll refund the duplicate.
When we don't
Bought the wrong tier. You can upgrade. Email us and pay the delta to the tier you needed. No refunds or downgrades on licenses already issued.
Wrong beat, no download initiated. Contact us. We may offer store credit at our discretion. Not a guarantee, but we'd rather you get something than nothing.
Changed your mind after downloading. No refund. The file is in your hands.
The beat didn't get traction. That's the creative risk. Not a refund case.
How to request
Email nathandiorrbusiness@gmail.com with your Stripe order ID. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we treat that as the end of our relationship. Future orders from your email won't be processed. We understand chargebacks exist for fraud protection, but we're reachable, and the conversation should happen here first.
