Terms of Service

By using diorr.fm, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right, email us before you buy.

Who this applies to

Anyone who uses diorr.fm, whether you're browsing or licensing a beat. By continuing to use the site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and you have the authority to enter a binding agreement.

What we sell

Instrumental beats licensed for use in your music. Five license tiers:

  • Basic: MP3 audio. Non-exclusive, limited use.
  • Premium: WAV audio. Non-exclusive, no stems.
  • Premium Plus: WAV audio plus track stems. Non-exclusive.
  • Unlimited: WAV audio plus track stems, with the highest usage limits. Non-exclusive.
  • Exclusive: exclusive usage rights as defined in the license PDF, one buyer, beat removed from the store.

The license PDF you receive after purchase is the binding usage agreement. These site terms cover the transaction. They don't override, expand, or replace what's in your license PDF. Note: "Exclusive" licenses grant usage rights as specified in the license PDF. If you need a full copyright assignment, that requires a separate written agreement.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. Prices may change. The price at checkout, as confirmed by the server, is what you pay. Not what your browser cached five minutes ago.

Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, or similar) may be collected at checkout depending on your location and local law. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms. We never see your card details.

Delivery

Your license PDF and beat files are delivered by email and Dropbox link within minutes of payment. If delivery fails, see the refund policy.

License summary

Your license PDF is authoritative. The plain version:

  • Basic: MP3 audio, for demos, rough cuts, and limited releases. Non-exclusive.
  • Premium: WAV audio, release-ready. Non-exclusive, no stems.
  • Premium Plus: WAV audio plus track stems, release-ready. Non-exclusive.
  • Unlimited: WAV audio plus track stems, with the highest usage limits. Non-exclusive.
  • Exclusive: exclusive rights as specified in the license PDF, one buyer. Beat comes down from the store. Read the PDF, that is the binding agreement.

When you buy a non-exclusive license, others can license the same beat. When you buy an exclusive, they can't.

What you can't do

Regardless of license tier:

  • You can't resell or redistribute the raw beat files.
  • You can't register the beat with content-ID systems (YouTube CMS, DistroKid Content ID, etc.) without an Exclusive license.
  • You can't use the beat in content that violates law: hate speech, child exploitation, or anything of that nature.
  • You can't use the beat for AI training without explicit written permission.

Intellectual property

Nathan (Nathandiorr) retains copyright on every beat. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights as defined in your license PDF. Copyright does not transfer, except as expressly stated in an Exclusive license PDF.

Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on diorr.fm infringes your copyright, send a notice to nathandiorrbusiness@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Include: what's being infringed, where it appears on the site, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you're the rights holder (or authorized to act on their behalf).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diorr FM is not liable for: lost profits, lost data, failed projects, platform takedowns, delivery delays, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the licenses purchased here. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

Disputes

Email nathandiorrbusiness@gmail.com first. Most issues get resolved that way. If we can't resolve it between us, disputes are governed by the laws of the United States. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, uninterrupted file access, or that the beat will make the record. We'll do our best on all three.

Changes

We can update these terms. Changes don't apply retroactively to licenses already issued before the update date.
